HAPPENINGS

Labor Day Holiday. Olive and I went to McDonald’s for breakfast, and then made our way to the WG Jones State Forest for a hike. We explored the trails, ravines, and streams; I left sweating, and Olive left soaked from kneeling in the middle and scooping sand over her legs.

After trudging back to the car, we dropped by Home Depot to pick up some wire cutters and then back home.

We played some Cat Crimes, took a nap, ate some lunch, Walker made some food for the week, I finished up the Owl House, and then went to Woodson’s to celebrate Joclyn and MH’s birthday. Olive had a GIANT pretzel for dinner, I had the Birria tacos, and Walker had some chicken something or other.

Bedtime with Olive, watched some Dexter, and the end of the BC/Florida State game (FSU is 0-2, eeks).

Back to work tomorrow!
