HELLO CHRISTMAS SEASON

It doesn’t feel like Christmas, but yet it is upon us.

HAPPENINGS

For Walker’s birthday, I set her up with a massage at House of Thai, and then a night in the Executive Suite at the Westin in the Woodlands. It looked like it had a giant tub, which was priority 1, and a balcony. Honestly, I’d kill for a night there myself, lol.

BUCKEYES

One week until the Bucks play Tennessee. I don’t feel confident, but hope that we come out with our hair on fire.

VSCODE / STORED PROCEDURES ETC…

I’ve spent the last couple of weeks creating stored procs and functions at work for some of my most repeated tasks. In the process, I’ve spent a bunch of time in VSCode, probably triggered by the initial config of FrontMatter used for THIS little project site.

I spent a couple of hours finding a programming font I really like, landed on JetBrains Mono Sans for the time being.

And then I’ve been toying with various Extensions: Better Comments Next, Monokai Night Dimmed theme, Prettier Code formatter, Toggle Case, and aforementioned FrontMatter.

I think I should work on the Snacks section here, just for little blurbs: what I’m working on, etc…
