FOOTBALL

First off, the Buckeyes played the Ohio University Bobcats on Saturday. It WAS a night game, which I love, but scheduled on Peacock, which is terrible in all of the ways. The broadcast was OK, but third-tier announcers didn’t add anything. My biggest gripe is just the Streaming, I couldn’t flip back and forth to watch the Florida-LSU game, or the A&M-Notre Dame games. Between the endless noon kickoffs and now this, it’s maddening.

Anyway, the game itself, we won comfortably, but had major redzone issues, I think we kicked 3 field goals which should have been touchdowns. Jeremiah was a beast, and we saw the rise of Bo Jackson, who so far looks to be our best RB so far. James Peoples showed some flashes, but not as consistent. Julian made some really nice throws, such a nice ball, but threw 2 picks with 1 very bad decision, otherwise, he’s solid.
